Our season typically starts late June and runs through December. We start our pre-season "practice" in April.

We operate on the pay to play rule. WE DO NOT HOLD TRYOUTS TO JOIN OUR TEAM. Once a athlete has paid the required registration fee and submitted all paperwork, they are officially a member of the team.

For Football we accept players age 6-14 years old. Players age is determined by July 1, 2026. For cheer we accept athletes ages 5-14 years old. Athletes must turn 5 years old by July 1, 2026.

For dance we accept dancers ages 9-14 years old. Dancers must turn 9 by July 1, 2026.

We practice at Coleman Young Park (across from the Coleman Young Recreation Center) 1719 Robert Bradby Dr. Detroit, MI 48207.

Practice times are 6pm - 8pm once our season officially begins.

Spring Conditioning consists of players and cheerleaders learning drills and technique for the upcoming season. Conditioning is a workout session to help increase speed, agility, endurance and tumbling/flexibility (for cheerleaders).

Spring Conditioning is not mandatory, but highly suggested for those that wish to join the team.
