Spring Conditioning

It's time to start the 2021 season! Spring Conditioning begins in April for all teams.

Conditioning will be held Tuesday - Thursday from 6p - 8p at Campau Park (2715 Macomb Detroit, MI 48207) across from Coleman Young Rec Center.

Football begins conditioning on April 6, 2021.

Cheer begins conditioning on April 20, 2021.
